Back pain is normally caused by continuous stresses placed on the spinal column over a long period of time.
Stresses can be caused by faulty postures, improper lifting, turning, or twisting, overall muscle deconditioning and muscle imbalances which affect the normal curves of the spine.

Developmental and degenerative changes can also be a cause of back pain. |
